It is located on the vibrant east side of the city center alongside the Amstel River. It is the green sunny side of the Amstel River with classic-style buildings. A favorite route for people jogging in Amsterdam. Close to classic pubs like the Ysbreker and café Hesp.

Logistically it is ideally located to be everywhere in Amsterdam quickly by car (Wibautstraat and the A10 to the Zuidas), by metro (just a one minute walk ), by tram (5-minute walk), or by bike. Also convenient is that the Amstel Station is only a 10-minute walk, so the rest of the Netherlands is easily accessible by train.

Public transport 1 min. walk. Trams/metro and buses will bring you to the city center within minutes.
