I will be temporary out of the country for 3 months. Therefore, I would like to sublet my apartment in Amsterdam central (Kleine Wittenburgerstraat, Oostelijke Eilanden) for this period. The apartment is 44m2.

A lovely spacious 2-room apartment of approximately 45 m² located on the fourth floor with a sunny balcony on the southwest and overlooking the water. The small-scale apartment complex was split in 2013 and is located on the Eastern Islands, on the island of Wittenburg. A popular living environment in the Centrum district. Easily accessible by car and public transport.

Entrance / hall with access to all rooms. At the front is the spacious living room with open kitchen and access to the balcony. The balcony is located on the southwest and gives beautiful views of the water of the Nieuwe Vaart. The bedroom is accessible through both the living room and the hall. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine connection. There is also a storage room in the hall. A communal bicycle storage is available in the basement.

Neighborhood / environment
The Kleine Wittenburgerstraat is located on the middle island of the Eastern Islands: Wittenburg. The Eastern Isles fall under the quiet part of the Centrum district.

The many hotspots of the Eastern Docklands are nearby, such as Het IJ Brewery, De Zwijger Warehouse, Roest, Muziekgebouw aan het IJ, Club Panama, Hanneke's Boom and KNSM Island with its special and trendy shops and versatile restaurants. The neighborhood is conveniently located for the old town. The Tropenmuseum, the Scheepvaartmuseum, Artis are all within walking and cycling distance. For daily shopping you can go to the Albert Heijn on the island, the Dappermarkt or in the various shopping streets in the neighborhood.

Easily accessible by both car and public transport. By car you are within a few minutes on the Ring A-10. By tram you are quickly in the center and the Central Station and Amsterdam Muiderpoort station are within 5 minutes cycling distance.
