My Appartment in Amsterdam will be available for rent.

The initial Rental Contract will be for 1 year
- an Extension is possible.

The Appartment is Furnished, including 2 LCD televisions, washing Machine, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with 2 chairs and table, one large bedroom with bed, closets, desk and chair. The Large living room is equipped with a sleeping couch, table, chairs, desk and desk-chair as well.

The bathroom is rather small, but everything works and looks clean and modern. The appartment is 70 square meters, located on the ' de Clercqstraat 7' 5 minutes by foot from the Rozengracht and Jordaan Area. Below the appartment is Sterk, which is a legendary shop for food and drink lovers, open 7 days a week. Waking up with the smell of a fresh croissant, or being able to come home after work and get one of the 1000 sorts of (craft) beers - just a perfect place to live for 1 person or a couple. The appartment has one large bedroom, but is not suited to share for a longer period of time, although there is a sleeping couch in the living room.
